The purpose of my visit was to attend a volleyball tournament, and my experience at the hotel surpassed expectations. Everything was commendable, but the heated swimming pool was particularly delightful, offering a perfect retreat after a long day. The staff, notably Giselle and Randy, displayed exceptional professionalism and kindness, making me feel welcomed and cared for. The cleanliness of the rooms and amenities contributed greatly to my comfort. I am truly grateful for such a wonderful stay and the attentive service provided.
